This is "Gacha Pon," also called "Gacha Gacha." It’s like a vending machine with different toys and cards inside small capsules. The toys in the capsule are often based on popular manga characters, and are rare because they’re exclusive to Gacha Pon machines. Each machine has a variety of capsules, so you may not get the one you want. To use a Gacha Pon, put a coin into the crank and turn it, then take the capsule it dispenses. Gacha Pon is popular with children.
